Summary:
In this interview Patricia talks to us about how to use the maxims of improv to live a happy, creative, and fulfilling life. She explains that too many of us live in our heads, in anticipation and fear of things that will never happen. As an alternative, she gives us a guide to how we can have more faith in ourselves and our abilities, and use life’s opportunities to create amazing moments and an incredible life of freedom and possibilities.
